"Can Abs and Weight
be Helped by
New Discovery?"

"ABS"

Abs (short for abdominal muscles... stomach muscles) get tighter and stronger when the lower back is used correctly.

In fact, when someone is taught to use the lower back spring muscles, he is then asked if the stomach muscles are tight. If so, the lower back spring muscles can be assumed to be working as they should.

Here is something else interesting. When the abs (abdominal muscles) are strengthened by doing exercises such as weight lifting without the lower back spring being used correctly, the lower back could hurt or be damaged. Why?

The lower back was designed by Mother Nature to be a spring to absorb mechanical shocks. The spring action works a certain way. Normally the lower back spine should be held nearly straight by the lower back spring muscles.

When a shock happens, such as jumping off a chair, the lower back spine becomes more curved toward the front. Then, when the shock is done, the lower back once more straightens. This is how it should work.

However, when the lower back spring muscles are allowed to relax and stay relaxed, the lower back spine curves toward the front and stays that way. The ligaments take over the job of keeping the vertebra bones from separating at the front. That allows the ligaments to stretch and hurt.

When more load is put on the ligaments, such as when the abdominal muscles becomes stronger or when there is a shock such as jumping off a chair, the ligaments can be damaged. But, there is more. The disc between the vertebra bones can also be damaged and it can then press against the nerve going up the tunnel in the spine.

What is the disc problem? When the spine curves to the front, the back edges press together with more force. That force puts more load on the disc which it is not strong enough to support. The result is that it gets sore, swells up and maybe even breaks.

Abs become tight merely by using the lower back spring muscles correctly. Learn how by ordering and reading "Muscle N' Bone" NOW!

Exercising and strengthening abs without lower back spring working correctly can lead to back pain and injury. Learn how to possibly help or prevent such problems by getting and reading "Muscle N' Bone" Now!

"WEIGHT"

NO!!!   This New Discovery will NOT help you lose pounds . . .   But, it can make you look like you have lost the pounds.

Do this: stand up and hold your stomach in. Do you look slimmer? Do you look like you lost weight? Of course you do.

This New Discovery revealed that when the lower back is used correctly the belly muscles are tight automatically. It is part of the engineering system.

In fact, to test check that the lower back is being used correctly, the question is asked: "Is your belly tight?" If so, your lower back is working as it should. Not only that, you are possibly preventing or helping prevent pain or injury.

Learn how to use your lower back correctly and look like you have lost weight by ordering and reading "Muscle N' Bone" NOW!
